  • The trailer mounted manifold unit is designed for frac operations with up to ten (10) frac units and two (2) blenders.

  • The low-pressure fluid will be connected together with hoses and the high-pressure side will have each manifold trailer connected at the wellhead.

  • The suction and discharge connections on this unit are installed as low as possible to allow easy access for job rig up.

  • This unit does not include any loose high-pressure iron or hoses. All loose iron shall be transported on the field iron truck. o Unit to be rated for the following:

  • High pressure rating - 15,000 PSI o Max flowrate - 70 BPM each

  • Low pressure bypass manifold flowrate - 80 BPM each

  • The manifold trailer is filled with fluid and pressure tested. It will be banded with certification, meeting the requirements of API (American Petroleum Institute)

  • DOT inspected (USA Department of Transportation)
