Field Service

Our highly trained Mechanical and Electronic Field Service Crews are always available to provide equipment service and maintenance on equipment built by FIP or other manufacturers. With a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles, our crews are available 24 hours a day. FIP’s goal is always to minimize any downtime or inefficiencies that would hinder a customer’s success.

Training

Highly trained employees result in higher levels of production. Whether in our yard, in your yard, or out in the field, FIP can provide live training for your employees to get the most out of your equipment. Our experienced equipment experts will then be available to stay on the job site with you, providing assistance for as long as you feel necessary.

Retrofitting

In some cases, the components of other manufacturer’s suffer premature failures. FIP can retrofit our systems and/or equipment into place on other manufacturer’s units, improving performance and reducing failures.
